4. Actions Upon Receipt
Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we may take the following actions at our discretion: (a) restrict or disable access to the reported content through our Service; (b) notify the user who submitted the link; (c) terminate repeat infringers’ accounts in appropriate circumstances.
5. Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification to the email address above. Your counter-notification must include: (a) identification of the material removed; (b) a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake; (c) your name, address, and phone number; (d) a statement consenting to jurisdiction; and (e) your physical or electronic signature.
6. Repeat Infringers
In accordance with the DMCA, we will terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
